Length of Warranty

Sennheiser Headphone Spare Parts are covered by a two year warranty.



What is Covered by the Warranty

This covers any defects in a spare part directly puchased on this website.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.



What is not covered

The warranty does not include any parts that were not directly purchased through this website or for which there is not a valid VAT invoice issued by K&S Technology Ltd. 

This warranty also does not cover parts that have been altered or modified, accidental damage or damage caused by weather and sunlight, general wear and tear or spare parts that have not been used for their specific intention.



How to return your item

To return your item under warranty please complete and submit our online return form
We will then send you a return number and our return address.  
Items must be returned before any refund or replacement can be made.
