Terms of Use


The items on this website are spare parts for the Sennheiser Headphone range of products.

Unwanted items will be refunded if a cancellation is requested within 7 days. A refund will be made on return of the item.

A refund can only be made to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please contact us for a return number for your item. Items may also be returned under warranty.

Items in stock are normally shipped within 1 working day. It is our aim to ship non stock items within 2 weeks of order placement, subject to stock availability. Items in stock will have an in stock indicator, whereas items that need to ordered are indicated accordingly, parts previously not held as Sennheiser-Spare stock will be added to stock.

We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of items or any cost this may directly or indirectly cause. Our post is collected at 4pm, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays and the general cut off time for orders is 2pm.

All orders will receive an automated order acknowledgement email upon completion of the transaction and an order status email will generally be manually entered and sent the next working day. Acceptance of order will take place (and, consequently, a binding contract be formed) once the customer is notified that goods have been shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive either of these.

All sales include VAT at 20% where payable. A VAT invoice will be included with the item when sent.

If you require your order urgently PLEASE CALL FIRST to ascertain the best delivery method and to ensure your item is in stock. It is better in this instance to contact us before placing an order to ensure the best possible service for urgent orders.

 

All orders are processed and dispatched according to the selected shipping methods chosen. Some of these services will require a signature upon delivery and some will not. All UK Express, International orders over £30.00 and selected destinations under £30.00 use a tracking service, tracking numbers can be provided if required. Product insurance is not offered on your purchase.


If you require tracking facilities for your order please contact us. If you require insurance to cover loss or damage please contact us for prices.

Our experience of the mail service is that the vast majority of postage arrives in the UK or overseas without a problem. Delivery times can vary in the UK and abroad. The most common delay is that the local mail service claims a card was left and the item must be collected.

 

If you are unhappy with the service we have provided and believe we have not handled your query suitably you may lodge a complaint via the EU online dispute centre.
